Processing & Dispatch – Preparing Your Order

We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days

Once your order is packed, it will be handed over to Royal Mail for shipping.

Shipping – Your Order Is on Its Way

We currently ship within the UK only. Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive within:

3-7 working days via Royal Mail

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your parcel every step of the way.

You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Orders – What Happens Next?

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur, especially during busy shopping periods like Christmas, Black Friday, or Father’s Day.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive updates from the courier.
